Hi Craig, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy James and I are with our new home. From the moment that I contacted you regarding one of your listings, you were very honest. Upon asking me a few questions over the phone, and me telling you some of our concerns you made me feel like our dreams may be possible after all and that we may not have to settle for something we didn’t really want. After meeting with you we developed a realtor / purchaser friendship in the sense that we felt very comfortable telling you exactly what we thought about some of the listings and you took mental note of everything. All in all, our search was not painful, it was fun and even funny at times. When you walked us into what we thought was perfect for us (our home now, smiling), and I remember this like it was yesterday, we knew that you would help us get our new home. Being a first time buyer can often be very scary. Where do we start and can we get the right funding? You took our hand and guided us through every single step. You answered all of our questions and concerns very promptly and never once came back with an “I don’t know”. If you could not answer a question, you would find out and get back to us within the hour. Between you and Karen (our Mortgage Broker you recommended), we felt well taken care of. You made our purchasing incredibly easy, and working with you was fun and effortless because you listened very carefully to our wants and needs…and I think listening is the key word here. You were very honest….which to us is very important and your work ethics were impeccable. James and I would recommend you to our friends, family and clients any day because we both know you would not disappoint them, and you would treat them like they were your own friends, family and clients. So for that, thank you for being you, honest, impeccable and fun to work with. We will work together again in the future! We love our new home,
